South DeKalb community slowly turns into the slums and attracts squatters

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published a story on how a South DeKalb community off of Candler Road is transforming into slums.  DeKalb County Commissioner Nancy Jester of district 1 held a press conference with local reporters to expose the horrific living situations of some residents.
