Atlanta Talks: Who is to blame for snowmageddon 2014

For the past two days there has been a lot of finger pointing, name calling and accusations what the public officials could have done better to prepare for the winter storm that swept through metro Atlanta and crippled the entire community with only two inches of snow.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s political cartoonist, Mike Luckovich, published his depiction of Georgia governor, Nathan Deal, and city of Atlanta mayor, Kasim Reed, response to the storm; showing both politicians playing in the snow together making snow angels.

Who do you think is to blame and why?
