Three months of free rent downtown along the new streetcar route

Central Atlanta Progress is looking for artists, entrepreneurs, start-up businesses, and local retailers to offer you three months of free rent downtown along the route of the new streetcar.

The “Pop Up Program” will be a three month program used to jump start the new streetcar route and to help those that would like to develop a business presence in the downtown area. Each approved applicant will be a provided with $500 to use to improve the exterior and/or interior (signage, lighting or etc) of their business storefront, and the manager/owner of the assigned property will be responsible for paying all of the utilities during the free three month promotional period.

The selected occupant must provide an Atlanta business license and a comprehensive general liability insurance to occupy the storefront. Applications are accepted Janurary 20th through Feburary 28th on a rolling basis, and the program will run through April 1st through July 31st, 2014.
